For departures anytime up to 31March 2009, with the exception of departures in June, July or August or December, departure and or return in these months will increase your fare, please check with your agent.
To fly from New York to Paris, please add USD50, and from Chicago to London or Frankfurt add USD100.

For departures from 1September through 30 May 2009, for departures between 15 and 30 December there is a surcharge.
Departures from Chicago to London or Frankfurt are an extra USD50.
If traveling from Europe to Bangkok in June, July, August or from 15 December through 15 January please add USD100. Return from Hongkong to Los Angeles or San Francisco in December, June, July or August is an extra USD125.
To fly nonstop from Hongkong to New York add USD100.
Can depart from the following European cities; London, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Moscow, Frankfurt, Munich, Paris, Madrid, Zurich, Milan, Rome or Athens.
Tickets valid for one year, all segments from Europe onward can be changed without a penalty.
Addon fares from the westcoast to eastcoast or other cities in the USA available on the Los Angeles and San Francisco destinations.
From Los Angeles also addons to cities in Mexico available.

For departures through 8may 2009. For departures from 21November through 12December please add USD100, for departures from 12December through 22December check with your agent.
If travel from India to Europe or USA from August 1 through September 15, or January, please add USD100.
An extra flight from Delhi to Bombay possible for USD100.

For departures through 31May.To depart in December please add USD50.
To substitute Singapore with a stop in Saigon and Siem Reap please add USD250. To fly between Delhi and Bombay please add USD 100.

From Amsterdam you can fly roundtrip to any main European city served by KLM, or fly into any city served by KLM, and overland to any of the other cities served by KLM.
To return to the westcoast please add USD150.

Stops in San Francisco or Los Angeles are free for returns to Boston or Washington or other US destinations.
